The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, stressed that corruption knows no religious or tribal boundaries.
Speaking at a workshop in Kaduna, he urged Nigerians not to shield corrupt individuals based on their ethnicity or religion.
Olukoyede emphasized that the fight against corruption is a collective battle for Nigeria’s soul and future, urging grassroots involvement, particularly local governments.
The Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, highlighted the importance of fiscal discipline for good governance and called for judicious fund management.
