Super Falcons Head Coach, Randy Waldrum, will miss today’s clash with Ethiopia in the 2024 women’s Olympic football tournament qualification due to ongoing contract negotiations with the NFF and personal commitments.
Assistant coaches will lead in his absence. Paris FC goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie and 18 others had their first training session in Ethiopia. The match kicks off at 3.30 pm Ethiopian time(1:30 pm Nigerian time)
The return leg is set for October 31 in Abuja. The aggregate winner faces the victor of the Cameroon/Uganda fixture for a spot in the final Olympic qualification round, scheduled for July 26 to August 11, 2024, in Paris and other French locations.
