Vice President Kashim Shettima urges Nigerian graduates to channel their potential for national development, discouraging overseas opportunities. During a visit by Hon. He urged graduates to stay, contribute to progress, and not succumb to mass migration.

Despite acknowledging challenges, Shettima expressed confidence in Nigeria’s resilience, emphasizing the importance of intellectual agility in leadership.

“Their digital skills, combined with their newfound sense of purpose and national pride, have the potential to transform the nation’s landscape, and certainly we can make it green on our home turf,” he added.

In response, the founder of the LMI programme, Gbajabiamila, commended the exceptional qualities of the graduating cohort and highlighted the need for generational mentorship, expressing optimism about their capacity to achieve greater feats than previous generations.
