The Supreme Court, on Thursday, affirmed the Appeal Court’s decision that a presidential candidate isn’t required to secure a minimum of 25% of votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The panel of justices, led by Justice Inyang Okoro, considered the appeal by Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar against Tinubu’s victory.
